The staff was all very friendly. I can't remember the nurse's name that did my wife's intake - but she was phenomenal. The whole visit was very efficient- it didn't feel like we were being rushed through, but we were never left waiting for more than a couple short minutes. She saw Dr. Chronister - he was thorough, friendly, and left us feeling like my wife's eyes are in good hands. My wife ended up needing cataract surgery which requires scheduling a bunch of appointments. We were taken right over to the scheduler, who was also friendly/great, and were able to get everything scheduled for both cataracts and all follow up appointments in a couple minutes. Overall, it was a great experience end to end.

Very friendly and polite staff. Didn't have a long wait time. Easy to make an appointment. This was my first visit with Dr Nguyen, but she listens and explains things so that I can understand. I recommend Family Eye Group for vision care.

I’ve been with Family Eye Group for a long time. I went away for four years to Florida recently came back needed to see an eye doctor and I said I wanna go back to Family Eye Group if they take me and thank God they did. It’s like being back home with a good family sincerely, Diana Rivera.

This office is very efficient! Never a long wait time. The desk check in person could be more personable; other than that the technician, Brianna, is very nice, explains everything completely. Very personable.

I'm so very grateful to Family Eye Group for taking great care of my vision! Everyone from the doctors to the office staff are professional, attentive, and considerate! I have been a grateful patient of theirs for many years. They have all of the possible ailments that can cross one's path covered. I am a musician and music is my happy pill! I need to get to my shows, which means driving and seeing the signs... LOL.

Actually it was my family member as the patient. I waited in the waiting area while the exam took place. The entire process was comfortable and the prescription for glasses was able to be filled there. Service is professional and competent. I felt it was a bit pricey though. The actual glasses are nice.
